Training Facilitators

Raquel Bradley

I am an E-RYT 500 trauma-informed yoga/meditation teacher, somatic sound healing facilitator, and full spectrum Doula. I was first introduced to yoga and the holistic healing arts while studying accounting in college in 2005.

My approach to wellness is centered in embodying yoga practices as self-care to heal and support the whole self. What I love most about yoga is that it meets you where you are in life and that it will always be for those who are willing to meet themselves on the mat

And imagine doing it alongside people who feel the same way.

You’ll be surrounded by others who are dreaming the same dream — a more compassionate, inclusive, and connected world — and who believe that healing ourselves is part of how we begin to heal our communities.
